Our prices are very competitive and reflect the tailored service which is required by individuals, landlords and letting agencies.

Portable Appliance Testing

P.A.T pricing for commercial premises is £60+ VAT for first 30 appliances, thereafter items are charged at £1.35.

P.A.T pricing for a domestic premises is £45 + VAT for first 20 appliances, thereafter items are charged at £1.35.

Discounts are available for multiple properties and those who require P.A.T testing and E.P.C.'s to be carried out at the same properties in one visit.
